10/29-11/1 (Wednesday to Saturday): SHPE National Convention (Philadelphia, PA). This conference is aims to raise STEM awareness and empower the Hispanic community. If you were chosen to attend the conference, please check your email and make sure you are up-to-date on the status of the trip.
10/29-11/1 (Wednesday to Saturday): Diversity in STEM Conference (Columbus, OH). This conference gathers students, professionals, and educators in STEM to help students network and increase their awareness of the field. If you were chosen to attend the conference, please check your email and make sure you are up-to-date on the status of the trip.
10/30 (Thursday): Halloween Game & Movie Night. Come by the MESA Center (SCC 133) at 6:30 pm to take a break from the semester. We will watch a movie, play some games, and eat food!
11/5 - 11/6 (Wednesday to Thursday): California Circular Bioeconomy Summit. This event consists of academics, government officials, and other members of the community that will discuss solutions for regenerative agriculture and economic growth. 11/7 - 11/9 (Friday to Sunday) : Student Leadership Conference (San Francisco) This conference connects STEM undergraduates with industry professionals. If you were chosen to attend the conference, please check your email and make sure you are up-to-date on the status of the trip.
11/9 - 11/11 (Sunday to Tuesday): UCLA & UC Irvine Trip. Information on this will sent out soon so if you expressed interest, look out for an announcement soon!
